The 2018 Cape Town HOMEMAKERS Expo will showcase the very latest in home, décor, design and lifestyle trends to over 32 000 visitors looking for inspiration and new ideas. The Expo offers the perfect opportunity to explore, consider and purchase all the things you need for your home and garden projects. Visitors will be treated to a comprehensive display of the top brands and local craftsmanship… all under one roof.


  • Company: Cape Town HOMEMAKERS Expo
  • Role: Support the Expo team with event/project management
  • Requirements:The ideal candidate would be a top Event Management / PR student, who works well under pressure, deadline driven, have great attention to detail and a team player. The offices is in Cape Town suburbs  and are not easily accessible by public transport, so it’s important that you can get there with your own car/transport. Must be able to communicate in English & Afrikaans.
  • Location: Cape Town
  • Duration: 3 months: mid Jun to mid Sep; 20 – 40 hours per week, depending on availability. Expo dates are 30 August – 2 September 2018
  • Pay: R3,000 per month
