Role & Responsibilities:
Drive the marketing strategy
Put in place systems to test and measure results, and pivot the strategy on the basis of results
Drive partner program
Create re-marketing for prospects and for partners (this is one of the first things I would like to implement)
Create EDM strategies and draft the EDMs
Drive digital marketing
Spearhead Campaigns (run a referral campaign - promoted through digital and through our client and partner communications - that build philanthropy into our campaigns)
Help find places for the client to speak
Take over management of current newsletters (including reviewing content before it is sent, and doing last approvals, etc)
Building articles (from current content) to send to various partners who pass on our marketing messages to their clients (and working on a strategy to increase the response rate from this)
Review current funnels and sales pipeline and refine. And implement ways to measure results
Reviewing, amending and approving: Newsletter copy, copy in transcripts, Social media posts
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to implement a marketing strategy for the business, manage current marketing team and resources, review current systems, test and measure and pivot as required.
Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.
Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing.
Excellent English oral and written communication skills
Ability to quickly adapt to change
Amenable to working full-time during Australian eastern business hours
A degree in marketing or business administration is an advantage
