Role: Fulfil a front-line reception and switchboard function and assist with the smooth running of the office through general administrative and office functions including general assistance to the financial department and PA assistance to the management team. Requirements: Office Administration or Financial Accounting qualification or presently studying part time at a 3rd year level. Basic Book keeping skills. Excellent English communications. Dynamic and outgoing personality with the confidence necessary to communicate convincingly, by phone or in person, with senior management, other employees, prospective candidates and suppliers.
